Purchases, Programs & Refunds
Please review each offer, checkout page, invoice, and any separate program agreement before purchasing. Prices, program scope, availability, payment terms, scheduling details, and the following refund and cancellation terms apply unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
- Workshop purchases: All workshop purchases are non-refundable.
- $47 Strategic Action Plan: This is a non-refundable digital product because the Strategic Action Plan PDF is delivered immediately after purchase.
- $297 Strategic Action Plan + Coaching: Your customized Strategic Action Plan is created before the coaching appointment. If you cancel your scheduled appointment at least seven calendar days before the appointment, you are eligible for a $200 refund. The remaining $97 is non-refundable, and you will still receive your Strategic Action Plan PDF. Cancellations made fewer than seven calendar days before the appointment are non-refundable.
We may change, update, pause, or discontinue an offering as permitted by applicable law and any written agreement that applies to an enrolled customer.
